I've never accepted being asked to choose between the rigor of the system and the experience of the person using it. Both are my craft — not a compromise between the two.
I'm neither purely technical nor purely business — both backgrounds stacked up in the same path: computer engineering at USTHB, then a Master's in management. That dual foundation became a craft the day I had to configure complex enterprise systems: a poorly designed ERP costs just as much as a poorly engineered product.
Since then, I've run two activities in parallel, with the same standards. As a salaried consultant, I've led ERP projects in healthcare, food & beverage and energy — at Octenium, Magpharm Laboratoires, Shiftin Agency, Richfit Internationale and BI2S. That's where I learned to deliver complex systems with zero room for error.
As a freelancer, I apply that same rigor to shorter projects: digital products, websites, landing pages. Always with the same conviction: a product only has value if the people using it day to day actually benefit from it.
I work in French, Arabic and English, with clients in Algeria, Europe and the MENA region. (I'm also certified SAP S/4HANA Cloud — Implementation Consultant, through my salaried role.)
